My take::: Major Datong sounds like he's from Plateau, Onah from Benue/Kogi. Wulah from Taraba/Plateau, and Okoronwo from maybe the middle belt too....

Hope its not what I'm thinking that is now shrouded in nameless bandits attacking NDA!!! A place that has garrisons and shields, etc.

It should be Lieutenant Commander Wulah and not Lieutenant Commodore. Lieutenant Commander is equivalent to Major in the Army and Squadron Leader in the Air Force.
