i have had one interview on zoom and another physical one for 14 Months now.
Any idea of what is going on??

Your previous employment document are confidential,so asking you to bring along such documents shows this invitation is fishy.No company will ask you to bring along former employer confidential items.

I think it's genuine cos a friend told me they are recruiting massively for the fertilizer plant now.

Only in Nigeria one will look for job for 360 years and keep getting false job interview... I finished my 3 months program , start applying for job online same day, 5 companies booked me for an interview I took me 2 days to attend the interviews, 4 out of the 5 companies that invited me took me and gave me offer letter same day to resume in 30 days time after dropping my resignation letter to my previous employer, since then many company has called for interview and am still selecting and accepting their offer according to their pay...

My brother, it is very genuine. I stay very close to the place and that's one of the ways Dangote invites people for interview. They usually send to numerous applicants, hence 'Dear all'

With the words used *(Dear All)" in the body letter content I doubt the interview invitation to be real

As an experienced HR, it's not a genuine invitation once again

The only thing I can confirm to u is that the address is correct I live close to that place then 2ndly is that fertilizer plant there has started working I do see trucks loaded with their fertilizer pass daily and also my neighbors work there.

The only thing that stops you from clinching that job is your attendance.
Dangote recruits 90percent of staffs thru direct referral. One of your loved one would have submitted your CV without telling you. Just go there with the recent one and the your credentials as stated

Dangote is not interested in giving people from the North...the problem with Dangote is man knw man...I have 2 frnds (Yoruba) that are presently working there. They enter through back door...one of my managers where I work resigned from Dangote also and he is a yoruba guy. I severely applied for their advertised Job which I was clearly qualified for, no feedback also.

Not correct, please do not say what you dont know. The majority of employees are from the SOUTH. They dont do things on sentiment , if you do well in the interview and meet all criteria's you will be given the Job.
