How come no one is shouting sharia? As a doctor you have access to social life over there. You can club, have access to alcohol or womanize if you want. A friend got an appointment there last year.

It's pathetic what going on with doctors in Nigeria.

However , Saudi MOH(Ministry of health) pays as follows :
*Medical officer : N950,000 to slightly above a million depending on the years post graduation.
*Consultants : $7000. That should be around N4.5 million.
*Professors of medicine : N6 - N7 million (not sure).

Why we no go japa? I don arrange myself sharp sharp. Saudi here we come!!!

In the Saudi Arabia, they are not respected as a black man but their situation is better than those hustlers who came to hustle at the lower level.

How much nigerian doctors are paid in Saudi Arabia is the same pay with Arabian nurses. Their Arabian own doctors who just came out of school earn 4times more than a Nigerian doctor and that Arabian doctor is still their boss.

Nigerian doctors work longer hours while female Arabian nurses closes early yet their pay is equal.

Nigeria is finished. Those doctors truly are going for greener pastures but will never be respected.

Sabo doctors, you want to abandon your own people because of inadequacies in the health sector to treat and care for racist Arab idiots in Arabia.
I guess Nigerians have to rely on fresh graduates and quacks to treat them.

Saudi and gulf countries pay European doctors well and above African doctors. In Gulf countries, you get paid according to your passport.
The Doctors in Saudi dont own private hospitals like they have in Nigeria.
Cuban doctors are paid just $50 a month
You’re a big fool

Nigeria is a monumental disgrace to the black race. Collectively, black people are very unintelligent.

Who’s to blame?

Nigeria’s elites sold the country out to Fulani.
The doctors who migrate now may no longer have a place to return to in Nigeria before long, as Jihadists take total control of Nigeria.

Even the government that has spent billions training doctors in medical school will then be so stupid to frustrate then to the point they will japa to a foreign country that will then rip the benefits.

Asides from religious tourism, why would someone want to live or work in Saudi Arabia? The desperation is real sha.

If a job pays me N300k in Nigeria, I wouldn't leave it for N1 million in Saudi Arabia. Can't risk abandoning what I've grown to love (family, culture, food, etc) for that pay gap. I believe the average Nigerian doctor with few years of work experience earns about 300k.

I really hope they have genuine reasons and maybe exit plans.

Btw, the Nigerian Medical Association and Medical Schools, Deans of Medical Faculties and Provosts at large should stop f00ling themselves. It's obvious we don't have enough doctors in the country. The profession has evolved way too much now to make life difficult for young Nigerians trying to gain admission. If we begin to graduate at least 200,000 new doctors every year, this would no longer be news.

My brother, our people say that half a loaf is better than none. Tell me:

How much was petrol under Jonathan? Do you realize that the price of an important commodity like petrol controls the prices of other commodities?

How much was a bag of rice under Jonathan?

How many farmers were slaughtered in their farms by fulani herdsmen under Jonathan?

What was dollar rate under Jonathan?

Did Jonathan Marginalize any region while he was in govt compared to what's happening now?

Was Kaduna and zamfara, the two Hotspot zones for kidnappers not peaceful under Jonathan?

Too many things to mention but I'm very busy right now. You would be lying to yourself if you claim life wasn't far better under Jonathan than it is now.

Do you think things would have improved under GEJ?

....by 2014 the economy was already in free fall insecurity was at its high point and corruption was shocking, Buhari incompetence and corruption is just an extension of GEJ corruption.
