Sorry about this delay. This is so disheartening to read. If you can, please go for JR. There are people on this thread that have done it successfully @RollyA is also planning to. You can contact any of them to give you a good lawyer contact to review your application and advise better. All the best!!!
Hello good morning everyone good morning to all the gurus as well. It will be a long post and please I really need guidance and help/ advice. Kindly read. I have gotten two refusals. My first application..... I applied first early this year. Self sponsored. 18M in three banks all statements attached, but had lump sum deposit in one of them (sold some assets). HERE WAS THE REFUSAL REASONS "I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based in your family ties in Canada and your country of residence." "I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR based on personal asset and financial status." REQUESTED GCMS.... HERE IT IS...... PA is self funded. Employment letter shows PA makes 16,000 annually. Funds provided are not commensurate to PA income. Transaction on bank statement shows lump sum deposit. Source of funds unknown. Concerns about funding. Bank statement to be verified. { please note that in my SOP I stated there the businesses that I do I attached CAC OF MY COMPANY I ALSO PUT THE RECEIPT OF ALL EQUIPMENT THAT I HAVE FOR MY BUSINESS, so my only source was not just my salary, but I think I was judged based on only my salary as my only source of income} HERE IS THE REPORT FROM IMMIGRATION AND BORDER |

Boss please I'll advise you not to compare your application with others. I'll advise you wait for your notes. Since you addressed the finances the last time maybe the VO has a different problem. I learnt from SHUPY that sometimes your family alone can't be your ties. You can also demonstrate ties by talking extensively about the employment prospects in Nigeria as that what he did. He didn't submit land document and wasn't married. I'm not even sure he had siblings. All the same don't compare your application. Do your ultimate best and God will crown your efforts. HakHim: |

I believe it's a good sign. They want to give you PPR but they might need to confirm whether your SOA is legitimate. Send them the requirements exactly as they want it. From what you wrote na MBS they wan see. Congratulations in advance mullingtee: |

Hello Outside the large pages you have to scan in your statement of account, what are the other benefits of using MBS over SOA? If MBS is used during application, can VO access details of your bank transactions beyond the period you submitted MBS? |
