Good afternoon, guys. I just got a request for updated letter of acceptance. I am a September 4th applicant. I know it is a very good sign, but how do I respond to this since I have already started the semester. I am still using the same letter of acceptance, as I did not defer. Please, how did you guys respond to this? If I get my PPR, I'll definitely share more interesting story. |

Another funny agent... Can you just imagine such statement? Keep waiting for your GCMS notes. If its taking too long, check my previous posts of what one of us here did to get his notes of over 1 month in 2 days.. When your notes drops, alert the house.. And if you like, go back to that comedian of an agent... Its your choice Peace Kelvinphy: |

Perseverer: SIMPLE.. SAY THE TRUTH.. Tell them you have already started your classes online and as such the present admission letter is very much valid and active. You can include your enrollment letter as well as evidence to show truly you have started the classes ONLINE like timetable etc 2 Likes |

Kelvinphy: Sorry about the refusal. Just wait for your notes to come 1st. And in your next application, add your landed property and two cars. It will end in praise in Jesus name. |

Oviebright: VOs interpret lump sum differently, but generally a lump sum is that big money that doesnt enter the account regularly or the amount that just entered the account few days or weeks to the submission of your application. If you have good sitting balance in your DOM, you can attach it too, the fact that its not active doesnt mean |

I understand Can he(my uncle in Canada) sponsor my studies? We don’t share the surname. POF is good. How much do I need to have in my personal account since he’s sponsoring me? Also, please can anyone share any low-tuition university that offers postgraduate courses in agriculture? Thanks |

Good afternoon everyone , Please I resigned last year December basically because the company had so many issues, however I have been doing my makeup business (registered) and enrolled for my Sphri classes in March (meaning I haven’t been idol ) now here is the question,I am trying to apply for a study visa (Post graduate certificate HR Management 2 years ) and I am worried my employment status might be a problem . My boss is willing to give me payslip if I choose to say I am still employed but of cos the salary payment won’t reflect in my account . So I am guessing this might be a problem Please I want to know how to close up this gap in my SOP. Should I simply state I am still working with my offer letter and all and not provide payslip ? Or Should I state I am on study leave for 2 years which started January 2021 in other to conclude my masters in Nigeria and Then decided to go to the uk initial by September but changed my mind to go for PGC course in Canada since my leave period isn’t over . (Truly I just concluded my masters in Nigeria and my certificate is stating February 2021 . Also ,I got 3 admissions for uk for Sept 2021 and just decided to try Canada ) Please I don’t want to complicate my application Someone please help me . |

It seems that it's harder to get an undergraduate admission in Canada than getting a graduate admission. Am I right or wrong? |

Lump sum means lump sum. If you paid in a lump sum in which you quite know it's lump sum, then, just act that it will be counted as a lump sum to the VO. Lump sum is not a crime or ground for denial in as much as you can explain how you came about it. Lump sum can be from a gift deeds. it can be from spouse to spouse account funding. It can be revenue from house rent at giving period. or bonus from employment if you have a paid job. The onus is on you to show details and how you cam about that lump sum. Please read backwards for clearer answers to this. Thanks. Oviebright: |
