Guys, please I have a couple of questions 1. Please how cheap are Canada universities. How much minimum do I need to pay to get offer letter. Post graduate diploma. I already have Bsc. Was doing MBA in Switzerland but didn't finish due to lack of funds. It was incredibly expensive. 2. For proof funds, if they funds are in. Corporate account of my uncle, will it be accepted. 3. My sister and brother in law are already in Canada, is there anyway there influence can help me. 4. Will my previous travel history help me. I studied in Switzerland. Didn't finish, Dad passed so funds have been tight since then |

Sochieke: I dont know your financial weight. But depending on how you look at it . It will cost you less if you decide to do the Pgd in a college and the cheapest you might find will be around 9k to 10k Canadian dollars a year in tuition in a college like NBCC in new Brunswick. But if u intend to study in Ontario the colleges will cost you like between 15k to 17k canadian dollars yearly for tuition alone. As per proof of funds the main issue is whether you can convince the visa officer that the said funds in the account would be readily available for your use when needed. Your sister's presence in canada will help in cases such as when applying for a PNP program in provinces such as Manitoba or Newbrunswick. But as per study permit I dont really think so. Your previous travel history to Switzerland in your case might work against you if you state in your study permit application that you dropped out of study because of funds. So how sure are you that it wont happen again. All these are based on my personal opinion but you can apply then see what comes out of it. There can only be 2 options either it is approved or denied. Good luck 3 Likes |

Another question please. I'm hearing this Conestoga college and their 1500CAD tuition deposit. Do universities issue acceptance or offer letters if you only pay the deposit. |

Sochieke:The letter of acceptance from Conestoga college usually comes before the $1500 deposit. In fact it is in this letter that will contain instruction telling you to pay the $1500 non refundable deposit to book your place in the program . And you will usually be given 1 month to accept and pay the $1500 deposit or else you might loose your offer. 1 Like |

Hello kokolanre Did your wife state in the family form that you will be accompanying her to Canada? If not I will advise you have a lil bit of patience till she gets her Study permit and apply for a Spousal permit for you.. Remember, she used you as a home tie, and IRCC already have the info that you are staying back, now if you apply for Visiting visa application and they do their background check and see your Wife has already declared in her ongoing application that you will be staying behind, what do you think will happen.. So I will advise you to relax and chill, you will still go to Canada when your wife gets her Study permit and Sin, you do not need to rush and take steps that will complicate a positive outcome... Mr prolifik, please be prolifik with your post.. Conestoga College deposit fee of $1500 is refundable, please correct that... When they wanna refund the money, they will just remove $200 administrative Fee, which means the applicant will be getting $1300 back.. Peace mrprolifik: 2 Likes |

Hello my people, please I would like to ask how easy can someone move to Canada after studying MSC in the Uk. What’s the best route to follow after this as the destination is Canada but UK visa looks easy and guaranteed. Thanks anticipating a response |

Hello Sochieke Conestoga College offers prospective students a Letter of Acceptance before the payment of the $1500 Deposit... The letter contains vital information like the deposit amount and deadline, the amount the student is expected to pay per semester and per year, and the deadline of payment, and other important information.. Peace Sochieke: |

makano: They will only give you a refund if your visa is denied and you must upload a copy of the denial letter on your ontario college page. So if you get the visa and decided not to attend the college anymore you wont get a refund. Even if your visa gets denied and you fail to upload a copy of the denial letter on your ontario college website you wont get a refund. You can get the full info on their website by clicking on the link below and see for yourself where it states that the deposit remains non refundable if you dont supply a copy of the visa rejection letter. https://international.conestogac.on.ca/how-to-apply/international-fees 2 Likes |

Gbam! The letter of acceptance states the $1500 CAD is non-refundable. When you then read up on their site you see the instances in which it can be refunded. mrprolifik: |
