By the special Grace of God, IRCC will positively answer me this week. Like many have done with faith, let me tap into favour; I hereby book my thanksgiving and testimony this new week. Below is a reminder mail I just sent to Nairobi and copying every other office that has ever worked on my my application through GCMS notes. I also copied their oga patapata, Hon. Mendocino. 21 Likes 2 Shares

Lianna2020: Another one. There's nothing as good as DIY. Yes, one could seek help where necessary from gurus like Frankrobbn, justmellow, Lekkiboboe (now, Canadaboboe) and a host of others, but to be at the mercy of an agent, God forbid.... 1 Like |

Opeyemi04:Good afternoon, While you await response from others First of all, you need to assess your level of education (academic profile) and in some cases work experience to know the kind of program you can/should go for, cos most of the time, the qualification and the type of program you go for determines the potential success of your study visa application. You must have admission first, get your Letter Of Acceptance (Admission Letter) before applying for Canada Study Visa That being said, Your Response to the questions below would enable you to know the qualification & type of program you should go for (e.g PG.Cert, Masters, PHD, Post Doc) - What did you studied in the University (B.SC or M.SC) or polytechnic (HND)? - Do you have a 2.1 or 2.2, upper or lower credit? - what year did you graduate ? (to address study gap) - Do you have a job? If yes, what is the name of your Job, and what are your Job duties? (to know if your Job is related to your Degree) - How many years work experience do you have in that Job? 3 Likes |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by Lekiboboe: 4:22pm On Sep 05, 2021 |
laidenews:Yes you can since you have a Bachelors degree and your CGPA is strong. Also, it all depends on how convincing a Professor finds your cold mail, academic cv, required skills etc. which would make him/her conclude whether you gonna be a good for for his/her research group/lab or not and also if the Prof. has grants for research to fund graduate students. Kudos to you for gaining those internship experiences and Skills. As a Business Administration graduate, It's more like a transition from NONSTEM to STEM for you and that has a potential of making a Professor of Business Analytics in a Canadian university or Universities have interest in you if it's mentioned on your Academic CV & Cold mails. You are welcome, it's good you are being intentional and doing your due diligence. Note: Based on your last paragraph, be very careful not to send a Particular copy of cold mail to more than one professor (avoid sending a generic mail to all profs). A cold mail must be specifically tailored to a Prof. based on his/her research areas and publication or publications. That is, for instance, the cold mail meant for Professor Shawn Mendes would be different from the one you gonna be sending to Prof. Bryan Adams. So if you are gonna be mailing 30 profs. that means you gonna be drafting 30 different cold mails You might want to see the contents in the links below if you haven't. https://www.nairaland.com/6567181/canadian-student-visa-thread-part/340#103603240 https://www.nairaland.com/6567181/canadian-student-visa-thread-part/556#104551146 I wish you positive response from the Profs. you gonna be cold mailing. Goodluck!!! 2 Likes 2 Shares |

How does this chat justify anything? The writer said he provided his documents but what if the agent added his own repeated documents in the application? He does not have the login so obviously may not know the final submitted documents. Since this can be verified from the login on documents submitted so they can confirm this easily. It's also possible the applicant may have reached an agreement with the agent to provide some too. Si if he is innocent of this, why did he not reveal the Procedural fairness letter to him atleast to fight his chance ? Faithy also shared her experience with the said agent. Well, I wonder what people are expecting the agent to say at this point though? gracedson: 20 Likes |

Please what really happens after your school resumes and you still have not gotten a decision from IRCC? Will IRCC still proceed to make a decision on your Application or would they not care to decide since knowing your resumption date has passed? Please I need some answers! |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by Thaiy(m): 5:44pm On Sep 05, 2021 |
OdabiP: This is highly a disservice from the agent, and really bad.....why not provide you with chance to read through all information provided on your application before submission. Also, after the mail from IRCC, why not avail you access to respond. Your last resort might be through judicial review. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by gaduchendu: 5:48pm On Sep 05, 2021 |
Not so bro The whole process takes 3 to 4hrs, then they will give you the e medical slip which can upload to inform IRCC that you done your medical exam. Cloudweb: |

This guy was one of the people I contacted when I wanted to start my study abroad journey but I noticed he uses different numbers and some things he was telling me were totally different from what I know is possible I had to run for my life. Do it yourself guys. Learn it as questions and most importantly read everything on the IRCC website. 1 Like

He who comes to equity must come with clean hands. You used an agent that is not licenced. And am sure both agent and applicant knew what they did from the start. You cannot win a judicial review do not waste your money. Some Nigerians would never learn sha 1 Like |
