What do you think should be done to loan defaulters?

As a borrower, what would you say is the best way a loan app can ensure loans are paid back?

What i hate about them is the unwelcomed calls and messages to the contacts of those who took the loans.

What i think should be done differently is involving all the contacts of those applying for loans in the application process. Let us have a say as to whether we want to stand as witnesses or in support so that when they default, ehen they can now do as the please..
