I was amazed by how Arise TV treated him like a statesman and even followed up with panel of analysts to discuss his view on who should be Nigeria's president come 2023.
After all the attrocities committed by Babangida and Abacha in this country.
Big shame on Arise TV and all supporters of Babangida!

Lawyers and journalists are after money no matter who is involved. The two contribute to Nigerian problems

undecided What of the 12 billion oil windfall due to the first Gulf war that he stole?
Nigeria’s descent into the abyss has been a long and consistent journey, one that can never be reversed. The country is beyond redemption.

A situation where people who ruined the country and should be in jail often commenting on national issues still beats my imagination.

Sadly true!
More sad that same oppressors own and control the media thereby controlling the narratives after all the atrocities they have committed.

They own most media houses directly or indirectly.
They have so much mastered this game of oppression but Babangida and Abacha laid the foundation for so much impunity we are seeing today.

Babangida is a national hero that saved Nigeria from Buhari in the 80s

That was Nigeria total earnings at the time , there is no way he stole because if he did there won't be Abuja today a brand new city he built from the ground up ..there would be no third mainland bridge and rural electrification

Where is the evidence that Abacha stole?
Do you think Nigeria would have recovered any dime if he was alive?
Babangida is also your national hero for cancelling an election and killing hundreds of Nigerians including journalists and students?

Gbam!
Those who are desperate to demonize him eternally because he refused to hand over the country to their cooked son should go and have a rest. Abiola was not qualified to be the president of this country..
