Updating the bolded - Got feedback from a colleague and confirmed that I was wrong and semmyk was right - the SQE1 CAN be sat for in Nigeria - there are three centres - 2 in Lagos and one in Abuja. The second part must be taken in the UK but for a lawyer looking to qualify, it eases things significantly. You can finish the first part before needing to travel, and can potentially also go to do the second part on a visit visa and qualify fully, and then secure employment before migrating to work.

I know in recent times, KYC and AML (anti money laundering) related roles are becoming more in demand. Audit especially Technical Audit (a combo of audit and analytics) is becoming more popular. In all, the issues of climate change which is now known as ESG reporting which is a requirement by govt for most companies now has heightened the need for financial reporting with ESG ( Environmental and social governance) expertise. I think with these, one will have an advantage in getting high end roles or jobs. The question however is if one meets the requirements.

I don't work in any of these areas so my knowledge may be limited. Am a Business Analyst within program and change management. I only have some knowledge of ESG as I have taken some courses in it.

Nice one, you can dovetail with a Business Analysis certification BCS BA Foundations and start building a career in Business Analysis or a data analysis course to deepen your knowledge as a Data Analyst which is always a winner in the job market. Develop skills and master Data analytics softwares like Power BI, Tableau or Alteryx. Salesforce CRM is another option. If you can master Data analysis or salesforce CRM, you are good to go.

I went for renewal of my Nigeria passport December 15th last year at the Nigeria embassy in London and my passport isn't ready.I have tried calling their number but it's not going through.Also tried tracking it on royal mail and it's showing passport not registered.
Please I'm really tired of the wait as I need to use it immediately. I'll be grateful if anyone can suggest how to go about it.

@Phil46 Asides courses you might be better served doing real life projects. What I mean by this is you can pick up a project and run it as though you are the BA involved in that project after your course. Take for instance digital transformation, you can look up a fictitious organisation that wants transform their operations from a legacy system to a digital one. Lets assume Aiico insurance(this me just randomly picking a random company) wants to do this. What would you do as a BA. It might involve scoping out the requirements, engaging with stakeholders to understand their currrent process(how does the current claims process works, what is the current process of onboarding a customer etc), collaborating with these stakeholders to take gather user requirements and translating that to what the process would be in a digital world. How do you represent these processes, how do you engage the stakeholders to gather requirements(workshops, brain storming sessions etc).

As a Data Analyst what kind of insights can you give that will be lead to profitability for a company or improved processes, there a loads of projects on kaggle that one get dirty with but am all for doing projects that you can relate to. Take for instance Zenith bank might want to to know how their account holders interact with their channels (Atm(cash machines), mobile banking, online banking, Bank branches). As a data analyst if you are able to generate a report in the ages of the different account holders, the number of times they transacted with the different channels, try and see if there is a pattern, is it increasing or decreasing, what might be possible reasons for this trend. How do I present this report to my manager, do I use excel? power bi? looker? These roles involve a lot more than these highlighted above and this is just me putting it loosely. But the point is after going through a course, pick up a project and work on it, it would lead you to ask more questions and gain better understanding of the role as well as excel at interviews. Slowly and surely, you will get there
