Bro these are my property. I have land in four different places in PH, and one in Ogun state. These are my investments over the years. I had no intention of selling them, but I have got no choice at this time.

I believe you then.
I once made a suggestion on how best to sell the land. but nevertheless, how do you want the buyer to access the documents? Since you're in English land with your supposed documents and what you're selling is somewhere in Ondo?

Got the chicken one

It was a little too Behind for me

I prefer rugged suya meat grin

Chicken suya has been a No-No for me.
I think I am being careful with consumption of those 3weeks-5days & 13hours old chicken 🐔 that people consume, and I know they'll never use local Rooster 🐓 for that stuffs. Even at eatries, na once every 6months or so.

Stocks & Shares ISA.

Last year, a veteran on this thread shared a link. I downloaded Freetrade app. I have been saving for house deposit using moneybox LISA.
Now, I am in position to be saving £100 weekly. I would really like to be buying sticks & shares on the Freetrade app.

My problem is, I don’t know which ones to buy. What constitutes intelligent buying. And which ones to avoid.

Please can people help me? I understand you will always add the ‘No financial advise’ disclaimer. But please. Any pointers? Or sharing of experiences?

Please help.

You could start from this video series... if looking to invest for the longterm (as it should be), there are a few books you should consider reading.
In summary, a passive fund that tracks most of the global market would overtime give you stress-free and cheap return

Hello, Please can someone help with this question.
The 20hours limit for 2nd employment on Tier 2 visa, does it include overtime hours?

The 20hr limit does not include extra work or overtime with your primary employer i.e employer who is sponsoring your visa.

It only comes into play if you want to do extra hours elsewhere.
If you are a healthcare worker, that limit has been lifter till June

The local rooster is really nice

Stopped eating their regular chicken since last year.

It's tasteless, over soft and annoying. I tend to buy smoked turkey, it's really nice grin

Yeah, someone bought it and brought to our office. I think you just need to ask for it at the African store

The taste is better than the Aldi ones. Very nice with strong bones grin

Are you aware there are conditions to be met , you don't just switch account and get the free £200 . Afterwards your new account will be charged monthly.

Why would you want to import goods that every supermarket and even convenience store has in stock?

Thank you for this, I won't mind paying extra for that.

As for the taste, always better. They only yab me that they looks tiny like bird after removal of feathers, but it is for greater good.

I will check native eggs too. Enough of those Laboratory innovations; eat and lay eggs.

Long time my ogas,

we went for schegen visa interview for second time, travelling is sweet cheesy, these people made sure they siphoned 50gbp each from my spouse and I, in short my cousin too, always looking for flimsy excuses to make you pay for premium lounge, so one missing document or single printing you will pay 50GBP.

I say make I talk am down, so it won't catch anyone unaware
UPDATE

Second time schengen visa don drop, took just 9 days

90 days multiple entry for 6 months

my 50gbp was worth it then

[quote author=CheesyTee post=122936664]Download app (either RBS or NatWest), open account, then apply to switch your old account to them. Deposit £1250 into the account. You get credited with £200 within 7 days

Same process for First Direct. The only difference is you pay £1,000 within 60 days of opening account. You get £175 in 28 days...

Many thanks , if I had money in my previous bank account before switching, do I still have to deposit £1250 after switching?

Please, which country did you apply to as your first port of entry?

I have been looking for appointments on TLS and VFS Global website for appointments in more than 10 EU countries including Estonia, Italy, France, Portugal, Switzerland… all no appointments.

shocked unless these are specially blessed and anointed okras and tomatoes, why would you go through all that bother?

You can buy these items in many parts of the UK. Don't know how they compare price wise to Nigeria, but they are typically not expensive
