Born on Tuesday January 7th, 1958, Nigerian Billionaire Business Magnate, CAPTAIN HOSA WELLS OKUNBO died early hours of Sunday, August 8th, 2021 at the age of 63.

A trained Pilot who later veered into business with interest spanning real estate, petroleum, tourism, agro allied, power, banking, telecommunications among others.

He was rich, famous and well connected to the extent that a former Governor of Edo State, Adams Oshiomhole was allegedly sighted once inside his palatial home in Benin, serving and playing host to the Captain's guests.

He is equally a philanthropist and sponsor to many politicians in low and high places.

His Son In law, His Royal Majesty Oba Tsola Emiko is the New Olu of Warri, Delta State.

Funny enough, the captain didn't live up to seeing his son in law crowned last weekend as he died a week earlier. He allegedly died of pancreatic cancer in a London hospital after several months treatment.

Another thing Captain Hosa never lived to experience was the four corners of his multi billion Naira mansion on Banana Island, Lagos.

This clip provides insights into the fabulous apartment.

Vanity upon vanity all is vanity.

See my people, the only money you spend is yours, the rest in your bank accounts belongs to strangers and your relations after you've gone...

Know this and know peace.

Life...

We can't fully understand it.

The best we can do is to live every day as though it would be our last.

The funny thing about life be say...after all the hustling, bustling, starving/denying oneself of the good things of life...at the slightest kpennn when man leggo, na one man wey you no even send when you dey alive go come dey misuse your things including your wife..

Life no balance truly jare

That's big economic problem now. The house will never be completed. And even if he already paid upfront, maintaining these edifices always cost lots of money. If it is not maintained, decay and rot comes in. If they lease or sell, they will still lose money.

In conclusion, it's a waste and will be an economic waste

But……
I want this kind of vanity I beg grin
