And people who were exposed to psychological sessions and were talking about their problems, it also showed them flows in specific areas of the brain.

Accordingly, the effect resulting from taking drugs has become completely similar to the effect resulting from speech in psychological sessions. That is, speech therapy is an effective and effective treatment, which is what is called interactive psychotherapy.

We should make it clear that quick discussions are useless in psychological sessions, but the conversation should be intense so that the patient can get out of the problems buried deep within him.

But in the event that we do not go to the psychiatrist, we should choose a person with a high degree of understanding.

Our ability to speak and talk about our thoughts in the midst of the hustle and bustle of life contributes a great deal to alleviating our pain.

2. Using The Music Method;
Music has a tremendous ability to penetrate and reach the depths of the human soul.

The second type:
It is a collection of songs and musical pieces that make a person feel moody, or suitable for mood swings. Often this music is not happy or sad, but rather appropriate to the situation in which the person is living, but do not forget that such songs must mean something to this person.

The third type:
It is a collection of songs and musical pieces that bring the person back to moments of happiness. These pieces of music are often with a fast tempo, and their music is full of feelings and vitality. And send more joy and joy to the person who hears it.

The person is asked to hear these songs in the same order as before and this process is repeated several times a week, for a few weeks.

Over time, he will discover that there is a clear improvement in his condition, and he may have been able to get rid of the depression that dominates your condition. And he will feel a bundle of abundant emotions for as long as possible.

Perhaps, dear reader, you will discover that such a method takes a long time, perhaps up to a whole day, so that a person can compile these songs, but what is the problem if these songs or music will contribute to improving his depression.

3. Using The Pet Method:
