I am not saying there aren't times when Christians attacked Muslims in the North. There are but be rest assured that it is in reprisal. There are parts of the North that are divided between Muslim quarters and Christian quarters. Muslim hawkers, cobblers, tailors, etc come to Christian areas to do business, but we dare not go to their area. A Christian who wanders into a Muslim area has a death wish.

If you understand Hausa, please get the cassettes or CDs of Ustaz Abduallahi Bakona. The man couldn't have made up some of the things he said. What shocked me was that he implicated MKO Abiola as one of those who bought Bibles and burnt them to stop the growth of Christianity in Nigeria. This man couldn't have made up these stories. As I said, he was an influential imam who had orchestrated attacks against Christians in the North. He was also rich, so it is very unlikely that Christians bribed him to convert.

Don't you think these people would do anything to stop the spread of Christianity in Nigeria? If Muslim Imams preach violence against Christians openly, what do you think they'd do in private?

If he converts to Islam today and makes an audio revealing plots Christians have hatched in the past to stop the growth of Islam in Nigeria, would you doubt him?
