We arrived at the site very late yesterday and have started working on the base foundation.

The intention is to complete the casting of the foundation today and it has been all hands on deck something

Completed the casting of the foundation today. It was a very good day with the weather being very favourable

Here are pictures of how we did the job. First we raised up the channels and started the welding properly

Completed welding works but just before that, the rain came heavily

Starting a new project in Enugu this week. I intend to be on site on or before Wednesday.

I have procured the materials and also done the welding of some parts

Delivered the materials to site last night and started the digging of the foundation today.

The nature of the job I intend to do here is different due to the topography of the soil

So we started casting the foundation yesterday

The connecting rods holding the foundation together were added later on

We couldn't finish the casting of the foundation yesterday so today,we continue. What we poured yesterday was twelve (12) bags of cement. Today, it's expected that we would mix and pour additional ten(10) bags.

This quantity of cement and quality of mixture is as a result of the nature of the land and quantity of load it will carry. Most tank stands develop issues at the foundation and that's one place I got far extra miles to fix any issues that might pop up

Further reinforcements are being added to ensure that the tank stand handles the weight

Started pouring the second batch of the foundation

Tomorrow, I will be updating here with more photos of the finished work

The tank stand has been completed. I was hospitalized for a couple of days so I couldn't be updating here. I had to leave the site at impromptu to take care of my health
