You're totally correct. Good initiative on paper but Buhari is the wrong President to initiate it because he has deservedly lost the trust and goodwill of Nigerians. It would be like Pantami saying he has goodwill for Southern Christian youths lol.

This initiative will appear to Southerners, given Buhari's image today, a ploy to ensure all district of the south have youth vacancy they can then push young 'quota Fulanis into in a quest to plant them everywhere for whatever nefarious hidden agenda they have.

For example Sanwo Olu moved aggressively to ban okada bike recently in Lagos to replace them with "last mile" mini buses. Some of us backed him and played it happened.

That drive has died down mysteriously now. Would not have thought of it 4 years ago but tosay I think Aso Rock has bullied him to drop the idea because it will mainly be young Northerners who will be affected by an okada ban in Lagos.

Shame. This is Buhari's negative legacy and a deserved one.

you can imagine donating land and when its time for you to claim the estate you will be told it has been assigned to Adamu Bodejo!

No problem in as much as the farms will be run and managed by the indigenous people of the senatorial district. Foreigners and people from other states should not be allowed outside their states of origin. All governors in the south must put this as a condition before giving land for the program.
