That’s why it is important for distributors to feel welcomed onboard by their network marketing organizations. Introducing them into the direct selling company culture will help network marketing entrepreneur understand their needs and concerns so you can assign the right task at the right time, ultimately helping them stay active, engaged, and successful from day one.

The pressure to stay motivated and engaged in the network marketing business is real. However, many distributors are having a hard time achieving their team goals because they don't have an assured sponsor support system that provides continuous collaboration tools.
