I was invited for a test by fidelity bank at owerri hotel plaza on 27/07/07 by 11am. Pls does anyone in the house knows what their test is made up of and what one should be expecting |

20 gmat ques. 10 essay, verbal reasoning etc might ask about the bank good luck  |

Guys They dont allow gate gate crashers in Fidelity bank test. They only invite those with 2:1 for test, those with 2:2(freshers) dont write test they just call them for interview and wen u pass the interview u start as a contract staff, with 55k per month. Before they confirm/convert you with a 2.2 in fidelity bank, you must av done ur masters or a professional exam like ICAN,CIBN and so on. U might be a contract staff here for two yrs and above before they convert u, except otherwise. I wouldnt advice anybody, even my enemy that has a 2.2 to come and work with fidelity bank, cos u will get fustrated wen u come in. Their policies here are,  Exceptional cases include for 2.2 to be hired as full staff, is if u have some good working experience from another bank or a financial institution, or if u are coming in with a masters added with ur 2.2 they will hire u as a full staff. Dont be too desperate. GOD DEY |

Dear Goldvilly if u recide in lagos just go to the head office, ask for their HR and submit ur c.v If u dnt send ur c.v to a trusted friend in lagos to help u o that. Age limit for entry level is 26yrs max. Starting salary is 1.1m per annum which is about 91k per month. If u pass the test and interview u start with the EA level. Note every level in this bank has three sub levels i.e EA1, EA2, EA3 Promotion in the bak is not that fast. Good luck |
