Take every history books in the world, they are always different because they all propaganda books to brainwashed the population to make them feel superior.

For instance, world war 2 history books of different countries will write about how they are the heros of the war, if you read any of the world war 2 books from a Russian, american, french and British author, each will tell you their own version and how their country won the war.

Another instance is the biafra war, the igbo authors will write how they were victims of the war and how they were massacred, someone reading their version will think they igbos never fought or massacred the Nigerian army or citizens during the war.

On wikipedia for instance, the battle of propaganda is going on, you can edit and rewrite history to make your country look bad or good. The truth is that all what is written on wikipedia in the politics segments are all proganda and disinformation.

For instance, the ensar wikipedia page will tell you how the government killed protesters but won't write how protesters killed police men, massacred them and burnt down police stations.

History is now the battle ground for propaganda, most government have a team on wikipedia that read contents and edit or remove any writing that portrays them in a bad way, government are not alone, corporations, tribes and individuals do that, they change history to suit their own narrative, that is why i wonder why people still believe write ups on that site.

History is now propaganda and it has always been like that since ages.
