Job Title: Operations Executive*

*Location: Lagos (Mainland)*

*Industry: Furniture Making and Interior Decorating*

*Job Responsibilities*
• Responsible for owning the execution of full operations strategies and processes
• Identify and target areas in which the business can improve operations and better support team and customer
• Sustain constant communication with regional and store managers to ensure connectivity to corporate office and ongoing adherence to studio maintenance protocol
• Serve as key escalation point for critical maintenance issues and initiatives
• Provision and oversee employee access to internal tools and system
·Develop and assist with monthly retail reporting and provide strategic analysis / action plans to achieve goals and objectives


*Minimum Qualifications*
• Carpentry production or interior decor experience, a must
• 3+ years of multi unit retail management experience
• Advanced written and oral communication skill, including the ability to present to large groups and executives
·Experience in managing simultaneously new studio opening on a fast paced timeline
• Analytical, with Microsoft office and Google suite
·Ability to work effectively under pressure and with a can do attitude
·Willingness to travel as needed
