I am of an opinion that only those that pay taxes to the government should be allow to vote and being vote for in an election.
I think this will reduce electoral malpractices and violence experienced during election.
It can also enable Nigerians pick a good political leaders.
It will also encourage people to pay taxes because they will want to participate in an election.
