Even though criminal activities, under the cover of grazing, should be prevented, laws should not be discriminatory.

There are laws already in place against unlawful possession of firearms. If the state House of Assembly wants to pass new laws against being found with arms, such laws should be inclusive of the general population, and not herders only.
