Here is the ingredients and how to make as promised: items required for a small qty: 1.flour (a small cup (derica) 2. baking powder(2 spoons) 3, nutmeg (grated) 4. sugar (maybe 4 spoon fulls) 5. powdered milk 6. 3 eggs 7. vanilla falour (3 tea spoonfull) 8. margarine 9. Veg oil for frying(deep frying) NB: items may vary depending on the quantity of flour) how to make : first of all sieve the flour into a dry bowl , add the baking powder, nutmeg, sugar and milk(ie, all dry items) mix properly with dry hands. then add a lilttle margarine and continue to mix properly, till it looks like fine garri with no lumps. wisk ur eggs in a differnt bowl and add the vanilla flavour into the wisked eggs. then add the wisked egg into the bowl contained the mixed flour. knead gently with hands until it forms a fine lump. bring out and place in a kneading board or any smooth flat surface. then knead with rolling pins or an empty wine bottle knead until smooth and free of lumps then cut to desired sizes. put a deep pot on fire, and pour the veg oil allow to heat properly, then start frying the chin chin always stir while on heat, until it begins to turn golden brown then bring out & allow to cool I bet u will definitely pull it off, Like i said, try first with a small qty. I make very good chinchin and this is based on the comments i've received from both clients and close ones. Not only do i make very good chinchin, i also cater for parties and bake cakes, pies and rolls. I also make my own icing from scratch.
