I have been thinking and planning of buying a property around Somolu, palmgrove and Bariga environ. The cost of renting a 3 Bedroom flat around these areas has sky rocketed and I think the best thing to do now is to get a property for my family.
I am budgeting N30 to N40M for this purpose but presently I have only N20M.
I am a business man and presently my monthly income is between N1m and 1.5m.
A friend told me to approach banks but which bank can confidebtly loan me N10 to,N20M to achieve this dream ?
I can confidently pay up N10m in a year and N20m in 2 years .
I need advice and wise counsel please �
