What are your maintenance culture?

Truth is I can't go for any car that is low to the ground, I have long legs, blood flow and stuff.

I prefer something that is a little elevated, now most of the Toyota product are very costly (over 3m) as a Tokunbo, that leaves Honda and this Mitsubishi.

Your advice on year of make, mechanic, what to look out for when buying will be higher appreciated.

Cos of repairs differ on any vehicle. This thing wey u dey talk na so i dey talk am too wey i nvr buy motor. I carry my open eye go buy Ford Edge, I sell am when i see good buy. Now na Mazda SUV I dey use. Maintenance is terrible. Infact I remember for the Ford that year, I wan buy PTU, dem call 250k then. E get one man wey dey the mechanic shop wey shout say how much him full engine for him 406?
So, make u remember say person don drive the cars before and when u wan begin buy parts replace, which one cheap pass? Which one u fit see easilly?

I would advise you to go for Outlander, it is more economical with 4 plugs, it has 3rd row seat as well. Mitsubishi generally produces strong vehicles.

Just check around, you hardly see for sale on Mitsubishi vehicles both cars and buses. They are lifetime vehicle.

Throw in an LED screen for the second row in your pilot and you will just be smiling every day

Okay, I can concede to that.
Now, in between those 2 brands, which one of them have the higher number of front end failures?
The Accord is the most notorious, but I assure their other models suffer similar issues at a lower rate.

without being biased, we all know there are more hondas and toyotas in Nigeria than other car brands so your test won't produce a reliable result. Also, remember that there are many honda products! Accord, civic, ridgeline, pilot etc Only accord seems to suffer the notorious leg issue and even at that it's mostly just 1998 to 2005!

why are people buying cars of 2003,2004,2005,2006,2007, Even 2012 etc, What about From 2017 up.How Can someone buy 20years Old over used Car. Please God bless your people.

Not at all, I've owned 3 Honda pilots 2011, 2018, and 2021 - never had a problem with any of them. Most I ever did was oil changes.

I don't know much about Mitsubishi but that Mitsubishi looks more classy and durable than that Honda.

Both of them are the same.

Considering 2007 Pilot versus 2007 outlander, the pilot wins. The only advantage the outlander has over the pilot is fuel economy.

Not always true, manufacturers are not perfect that's why they recall some vehicles for repair.

Which means some there are some bad vehicles.

Bending wheel caused by suspension problems are different from the the design default ...

and some other few vehicles manifest what you call bending rear wheel , I understand it has to do with aiding balancing especially with load and on a journey ..... You might need to read about it ,

Bottom line , it doesn't support any claim that they are bad vehicles ... .
