Amidst the disagreements on the open grazing law and VAT(Value-Added Tax), the Lagos state government has passed into law the anti-open grazing bill and state value tax.

This adds to the growing trend of State enacted policies that clash with the Federal Government's ideologies. At this rate, it is only a matter of time before regional governance becomes the Nigerian reality.
