Someone should let the Governor know that lockup shops are outdated.

He should use the opportunity to build a multi floor mall or trade complex. And allocate shops to the traders indoors.

Provide for bulk storage, traded items need only be few on display in shops for individual buyers.

Bulk buyers will be dispatched from bulk loading gantry near bulk storage warehouses.

Transport out of the facility should be buy rail to a trucking terminal at least 20 mins away.

Shoppers should have a private car park outside the facility, with a centralized mordern bus service roving from the complex to car park and bus terminals on a timed schedule.

He should please think beyond the local and plan for the future.

You go just open mouth waaah.

Are you the one that will help them in paying for the multi-floor shops.

In most markets, business moves faster and better in lockup shops area than that one you're speculating.

I doubt if you are a business person sef.

Well said. Amazing how simple things are always rocket science to us in Nigeria due to absence of common sense and small discipline. Even if we stay with lock up shops there, does it have to be so dirty and disorganised?

If you know my level and where I've been to you wouldn't open your smelly mouth to call me primitive.

Intelligent people compare what they had before to what they have in present and looking at it in the Aba question only a fool will agree less that things are improving.
Nwunne u r too primitive with ur Aba and Abia state. A shitty backward state is what u r rejoicing about? Take a look at the states that border ur state, Uyo, Owerri, PHcity and u r proud to shout Aba grin

Nwunne u r backward.

This is the basic difference btw public spaces in first world countries vs third world shitholes. Lack of thought and planning.

Take roads for example, you construct an asphalt road, how much more does it take to add side walks, road markings and traffic light.

World class does not mean exorbitant. It is simply about space planning, social integration and public convenience. If Aba is to attract retail and wholesale shoppers from Accra, Sokoto, Abuja, Lagos and Yaounde, she must present a bright, mordern, swift and safe environment for trade.

If you are a business person beyond road side kiosks, you will know that customers value convenience next after the value of the goods.
