Hi again, AdvanceDNA. PCC is only required for any overseas countries lived for 12 months or more outside of the UK.
The UKVI obviously have your records of stay in the UK, but can't obtain the ones for overseas countries by themselves.

Hi Solufemiwa, sorry if you misunderstood my comment. This matter has been handled in some previous pages here.

First of all, there are two ways you can request your Ecctis (Naric) statement:
A. Hard copy or
B. e-Statement (which is the main bone of contention in this discussion).

A. - has an indefinite validity (and costs more) while
B. - has a validity period of only 3 months (but costs less).

And I went ahead to explain in my previous comment why this is so - that the e-Statement has a secure electronic chip in it, which is like an electronic signature, that is used to verify it.
This e-Statement is made in such a way that the electronic signature remains valid for only 3 months, after which you have to request a new e-Statement and re-download to use again.

I have attached here a screenshot of my conversation with Ecctis support team sometime last year regarding this e-Statement issue.

I hope this is clearer. However, you can contact Ecctis via your message portal on your dashboard so that they can explain it better to you.
