Sir/Ma, ask your police contact who ready it for you at Alagbon to send it through DHL to you, tip the person small money. At Alagbon, Officers would run the errand for you for a little tip.

It would cost you more if DHL is to pick up and send again, however here's DHL contact 0700 225 5345 , you can call them and arrange it all with them.

Why don't you just google for DHL Nigeria website and get their authentic contact directly from there? Their official fee may not be even as much as that.

If you say you need the hard copy, then go ahead & choose either the £80 courier option (faster delivery), or the cheaper £15 option of international signed for (slower delivery).

Boom! We saw application transferred to VAC! Note Father and Mother got their visa already.


Question is, can we proceed to submit the documents (letter to explain) as requested with the affidavit that we did?

Although make sure you've been checking other places within your inbox. Mine entered into promotion box and I missed the mail for 2days, not knowing I have been granted though.

Most times you submit just take ur mind off and pray for the best it's not easy but doable

Nah it was normal.
Did Biometric on March 29th, decision reached on 5th April and BRP came in on 9th April(The Easter).
Like you said, their mood is everything.

COS is free from your employer....just as UKVI said.....

U are the one that allowed agent to exploit for thousands of pounds to connect with the employer....

Hi bro, deadline never reach, 4days more or so. We are picking up the passports tomorrow. Collection emails dropped this evening.

Do you still suggest I send the documents after we get the visa and passport (I know it’s issued by God’s)
