You are good to go. It’s not a problem. You are not required to submit it, they have access to it already. And for those who submitted theirs , there’s no query for that either.

No, if you are applying for UK QTS, and also it serves as international QTS which some organization request for, some doesn't. To teach Some Science Subjects and Language subjects, you might need it compulsorily. If your school Major and Teaching Experience qualifies for it, apply for it. If you want to avoid it, you might get employment as unqualified Teacher in the UK so far you have Bachelor Degree in Education.

UKVI QTS exemption states
"successfully completed a course of teacher training recognised by the organisation that regulates teachers in the country where you qualified" Bsc.Ed or PGDE is what TCRN recognizes. I don't know if those bodies you listed regulates teachers, I only know of TCRN.

Hello guys, I have a care interview coming up with an NHS department. They have requested to show a proof of address and a means of ID, of which I'll show my passport.

For the proof of address, the utility bill for my apartment has the name of the property owner. And it wasn't the address I filled while applying as my address has changed since I made the application. Can I use the bill like that? Anyone with this experience?

I did my biometrics on 22nd of August got nsf mail a week after and I haven’t seen anything g yet, still at DMC.
Were you asked to submit any document in the nsf mail?

Let me answer the first part....
You can choose to put a week earlier as your arrival date.
But also discuss with your employer on when they want you to come

About the address, don't complicate it.
Maintain a single address.

You can discuss with the DHL man anytime he/she is bringing it.
