Good morning all.. I strongly advice against creating a WhatsApp group , what ever info you want to pass across or share should be posted here, let others too be informed. Hello please help me understand the 31days. If you usually have more than what you need as pof in the account, does that affect the 31 days? Or the 31 days is just for the statement of account. Meaning you need to print a new one after 31 days. Thank you

You can print you statement of account on or after day 28 but you must use it within 31 days after printing it. The PoF can be above the stipulated amount but MUST NOT fall below it, at any point during the 28 days. If you don't use the statement of account after 31 days, you must print a new one.
