We Need A Revival! by SonofIssachar: 12:47am On Sep 12, 2021
At a time when the church has become a ground for entertainment, we need revival.

At a time when a music minister competes and compares himself with secular musicians, we need a revival.

At a time when the altar of God is used for comedy, we need a revival.

At a time when a successful minister of the Gospel is measured by how rich he is and not how much impact he is making, we need a revival.

At a time, when passion for souls has been replaced with fashion parades in the church, we need a revival.

At a time when motivational speaking has replaced biblical preaching, we need a revival.

At a time when you really cannot differentiate between a daughter of Zion and a harlot, we need a revival.

At a time when pastors kill each other for posts and higher positions, we need a revival.

At a time when modern preachers now tell us that Jesus is not coming soon, we need a revival.

At a time when packaging and special effects have replaced the beauty of God’s glory, we need a revival.

At a time when sexual sin is referred to as weakness and the grace of God is taken for granted, we need a revival.

At a time when prophets prophesy by divination and profit from false prophecy, we need a revival.

At a time when the church does not know the difference between a witchcraft spirit and the Holy Spirit, we need a revival.

At a time when filling the seats in our place of worship has become a priority rather than raising disciples of Jesus, we need revival.

At a time when sinners feel comfortable in our churches and saints feel no sense of urgency to preach the good news to the lost, we need revival.

At a time when pastors are more concerned about how much money members give than how much the members truly love the Lord, we need revival.

At a time when the word of God is scarce, the fire on the altar is going out, and the priests have become blind, the watchmen sleeping, and holiness is no longer our standard, we need a revival.

We need a revival not a programme. We need a reawakening of our souls and a new awareness of the power of God. We do not need another jamboree, but true repentance coupled with a changed life. We do not need another noise, we need a shaking and a mighty rushing wind. We do not need another movement, we need a reformation.

We need the Lord to come again and restore us unto Himself. We need the Lord to open our eyes again that we may see Him. We want to see His Holiness again that we may see our depravity. We need a genuine outpouring of the Holy Spirit, we are tired of speaking in tongues and not living Christ-like. There is no other desire we have than to hear again the same voice that spoke in the valley of dry bones to bring us back to life.

Our nations are in darkness, yet we are the light. We cannot pretend anymore. Jesus, come again in your power and reawaken us.

We need a revival!

Meditation: …that our God may enlighten our eyes and give us a measure of revival in our bondage. For we were slaves. Yet our God did not forsake us in our bondage; but He extended mercy to us in the sight of the kings of Persia, to revive us, to repair the house of our God, to rebuild its ruins, and to give us a wall in Judah and Jerusalem. – Ezra 9:8-9

The revival has begun not in the manner you would think. The covid scam and the mandatory vaccine is opening up the eyes of many to the fact that they have been lied to. Eyes are opening to the end time moves of the antichrist.

...and "reformation" also...if I may add. Heart revival = change/reformation.
Beautifully, beautifully written...and a very timely post.

Apt!
We first must search our hearts without sentiments if we're truly in Christ and truly repent if we find we're doing anything that isn't of God then we must go ahead and abide in Him, pray without ceasing, propagate the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and be Christlike.
May God help us finish this heavenly race. Amen. grin

When you arent allowed to enter that your church again cos you refuse to take covid vaccine, I will see what you will post or do. Humans like you are animals that must be forced. When people cant use their head and see straight, revival needs to happen. That revival will happen soon. Se you carry religion on head, do not worry, we will see whether you will take it or not.

Before the northerners took Polio vaccine, mehn...see wahala. They had to do real educational program. Imagine the kind of money wasted on the educational program just cos we dont want them with disabled one leg bouncing children around. Rubbish. Dont go and take it, sense will fall on you by force.

Lol. Educated slowpoke! You think you are more enlightened than the millions against the vaccine; the numerous doctors and scientists being silenced from speaking about their own understanding about the vaccine. You talk about the north polio vaccines like you are not aware that Pfizer was accused of injecting people with contaminated vaccines that damaged a lot of people. How about the history of blacks vaccinated purposely with infected syphilis vaccines? Do you know the history of some of the vaccine producing companies? Or you think your government or any organization is you daddy that would never hurt you?

God already gave the Revival He promised which came around 1990 to 2010, so no more revival.

So any who wants God is going to have to have to work for it.
