Responsibility
The Purchasing Officer will work with suppliers to negotiate contracts for the purchase of required goods
Keep accurate records of transactions trend
Assist the Finance and Operational departments in the monitoring, reporting, and controlling of cost of sales in the hotel, including audit and control, financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, forecasting, etc.
In charge of all purchases, sourcing products and services for the store
Analyze market and delivery trends so as to develop purchasing technologies and processes that support those trends.
Identify areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results.
Accountable for evaluating dealer or salesperson effectiveness and compliance ultimately.
Detect cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in a related discipline.
3 years’ experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Skillful with the Microsoft Suite of Products including Excel, Word and Office required.
