Just respect yourself and quietly join the alarmingly increase queue of parents seeking admission into public schools...

Some have even started home schooling their kids.

It's survival of the fittest!!!

This option has always been there but trust most Nigerians with “herd mentality”.

As the school resume today, we pray that God will provide for all parents to meet the financial need of our Children. My alarming question is; How is FG Policy affecting your children's School choice?
Are you changing schools because of economy realities?
Are your Children in Federal Schools, what concerns the FG? Tell me who the Governor of your State is, & I will tell you your problem, you still want to pick & choose, & play hypocrisy despite the fact that you are struggling to pay school fees?

Schools have resume here since early August and I've not paid my child's school fee. The school and the management has to understand.

God will provide for you Bro.

Buhari Buhari Buhari, always Buhari, does your state Government not offer free education for primary & secondary school students? It is President Buhari who Abikunle Amosun paid his children’s school fees for him in the United Kingdom that you are blaming?

Some parents will maintained the same schools their children is attending because changing schools comes with its own challenges both mentally stress for the kids and major finance to the parents.

My neighbour wife delivered twins last week Friday, both girls... These are people with 5 kids already, all girls. I guess they were seeking for boys, since that Friday husband has not returned homegrin
I was weeping for the man, a plumber for that matter.

Haaa!

They should keep trying. A boy will come.

People that are finding it difficult to pay their ward’s school fees in this economy will be the first to advise young men to get married.

Misery really loves company.

I think it’s just out of envy seeing how you are enjoying your life looking fresh. The other day I took leave from work and embarked on vacation out of the country. This married colleague won’t stop yapping about “my being single is why I’m doing all these, that they with kids are planning for September school fees” then ended it with “ you better go and marry and stop wasting time”.
Stick with your guns bro.
At this present economy, it's best to remain single.

There is nothing to understand. Stop being selfish and pay the fees of your children/wards

Teachers would have to be paid
Stationaries and other school equipments aren't sold on credit

How would you feel if your wife was a teacher and she came home on pay day with an empty purse to and tells you the school management told her to understand?

Cut ur coat according to ur size, take ur child/ward to a school whose fees u can afford
Who told you I put him in a school I can't afford
How did you know the reason why I haven't paid and the understanding between myself and the management??
Before you judge people, please ask question

You better remain single and if you want to start a family wait or travel to a better country that works.

Better still, you should give birth to one or two children irrespective of your location. Do it when you are ready. Dont let any bastard force you to do anything. You can even decide not to.

The COVID pandemic with the government hoarding palliatives is enough reasons to be careful with your decisions in Nigeria.

You no give that your colleague better answer to make him forever shut his trap, about your business and marital status?

Some married people in Naija like acting as if by virtue of being married with kids they are the most decent and responsible on this earth, always trying to minimize the challenges of single people, while making snide remarks about how we choose to spend our money or live our lives as singles.

Misery truly loves company - that's how a former neighbour was praying and prophesying for me to get married. She said if you join your faith with mine, in not time at all you will get married and have your own kids too.

Two weeks later she and her hubby were fighting, I heard her say if you ever slap me again, you will see what my people will do to you I have given them the address to this house and they will track you to this new house. Hubby was on one side shouting useless woman, I helped you by marrying you and more unkind things.

Me undecided, I laid on my bed thinking - see wetin person been dey pray for me, sey make I enter. They regularly fought like that in front of their kids, saying nasty things to each other till they moved out.

That's how one asked me when are you getting married, you no go try marry? I told her I want to marry a widower, when she dies and her husband becomes a widower then I will marry him. See abuse wey I chop that day grin, but she knew to keep her trap shut about my life and business from that day forward.
It's just plain envy, as simple as that grin. Human beings have the nature and tendency to want u to go through the same pains and suffering they are passing through, just to console themselves angry.

We are gradually outgrowing that mentality though.
