There’s currently a protest in the University of Benin as the ViceChancellor Mrs Lillian increases school fees with additional #20000 for Late payment following just three weeks of resumption..
It was allegedly said that when asked about the increment, Madam VC said “Education is a privilege and nobody is forced to go to school. If you can’t afford it, go and learn a trade”
However, students of the institution has vowed not to take it lightly with the management until the late payment fee is totally removed
