The Bayelsa Youth Leadership Awards (BYLA) committee chaired by Hon Atti J Moses presented an award and a 3D portrait to Hon. Lucky Youbogha, Director Special Duties & Transport Govt House to commemorate his birthday anniversary.

According to Comr Atti J Moses, it is not a figment of imagination to find the SALGA born politician, Hon. Lucky Alex Youbogha worthy to be awarded as "The Most Supportive Leader" of the year 2021 considering his effusive drive in ensuring a better deal for youths in the place of leadership and assistance rendered to numerous social cultural groups and persons in various heights.

Furthermore, Hon. Atti presented a 3F portrait to Hon. Youbogha in commemoration of his birthday anniversary and prayed God to envelop him with grace beyond human comprehension.
