The Big Brother Naija housemate, Pere who has been nicknamed the "general" recently survived eviction nomination and shocked fans as he burst into tears.

The BBNaija Shine Ya Eyes season is gradually coming to an end and now, only 11 housemates are remaining in the house.

The surviving housemates in the house were made to nominate each other for possible eviction.

After Big Brother announced the name of the housemates put up for possible eviction, Pere became emotional as his name was not mentioned among those put up for possible eviction.

He couldn't believe that his fellow housemate gave him another chance of being in the house.

His fellow housemates, cheered him up and congratulated him.
