for most banks,i discovered they simply window dress their packages ie pay and welfare packages.what you hear on foras like this are quite different from what you meet wen you get into the system.they have what they call guaranteed pay and variable pay based on performance.dont b fooled by the mouthwatering offers you hear,they come with a hard price and are quite dissappointing in the long run.what do you guys think?

Yes. That is the situation. They have funny ways of calculating your takehome. You hear 1.8M, 2.2M, all millions but at the end of the month, you will almost be disapointed. A friend told me how his eyes turned red when he collected his first pay.
