the south west have Capital flight. I am telling you. when you move a capital from lagos to abuja. that is Capital flight. It means you move business away. You see Olusegun Obasanjo is not well educated and he put his trust on mostly igbo people. Because he did not want any yoruba man to rival him. He was using what yoruba people call Agbare.

But the Igbos he appointed people like Dr Ngozi Iweala were deceiving Obasanjo. Look at abia state oil derivation for example. Abia state has no oil from satellite pictures. But Dr Ngozi iweala as finance minister allocated Oil derivation to abia state. How she came about that. God knows. But I think, it is because her Husband   Dr Iweala is from Abia state.

agriculture is vital for the development of Yorubaland. Yorubas need to farm mostly cash crop which can be exported. That way, they make their money in dollar. individual wealth transform into community development.

State should get involve in small scale agro allied based company by partnering with individuals.

Capital flight is one of Yoruba main problem. They need to block all form of capital flight . that way money can not be remove from the area by putting in place laws that make it impossible for individual to do that easy. Or business which are capital flight prone. forcing them to do business with only local business . Thereby transferring that wealth to local people.

Capital flight by banks. laws can be written in sure a way that bank operating within the area can not use depositor fund somewhere in other part of nigeria. this is one source of capital flight. Why borrows of bank loan mush be local to the bank. and also the project must be local .

an alternative means of exchange is the best form of checking this. countries like china has two currency. every govt all over the world trys to keep money locally .

you look at all federal govt form of revenue in edo,delta and yoruba land. you legally run an alternative to people. and shut down the federal govt revenue. that way state earn that revenue.

In areas where federal govt earn taxes , you introduce double taxes making it impossible for people to mostly use the federal govt service , that way , they prefer the state service. this is what to do.

look at seoul south korea, no oil

you over taxes all federal govt ministry and para ministry or facilities in edo,delta and yorubaland. you introduce two form of taxes citizen and catchment area taxes 15% and non citizen and catchment area taxes 40%.

this way, if femi otedola makes 1 billion. he get taxes 150 million, while for every taxes dangote makes. he will pay 400 million.

You make their taxes so ridiculous that they are force to call their senators to make change.

if you do this for 1 years dangote and others will be force to call their senators and makes change.   when you do this. Dangote will call the senators to order.  this is how they run democracy. it sound mean, but it is true.

you can also revoke all C of O of revenue collecting agency of the federal govt. when you do this. federal govt will have no agency to collect money. if they move, you revoke it again. this is how democracy work. it looks wick , but to be honest with you. it force them to listen.

Let be honest with ourself. fashola has not done anything special when you check the history of lagos governors. The issue is Tinubu was a failure . so people are more of comparing Fashola and tinubu. That is not what you use to compare. You have to compare with other governors. some governors are building airport. Tinubu failure as a governor is what people are using to judge. you need to see the new teaching hospital in ogbomosho. So tinubu failure as a governor should not be used as a yardstick , but what others are doing.

The proverty in the edo,delta and yorubaland is cause by where the federal govt of nigeria site project.


Since the merge with the eastern part of nigeria and the north. the federal govt of nigeria have sited just few project to the western Niger area which constist of Edo,delta, ondo,ekiti,lagos,osun,oyo,kwara,ogun,kogi state.

when you compare with 5 % of project sited in the west and a 70% project sited in the north to 25% project sited in the east.


you can see the clear different.
