She was born in California in 1974. Mark Soteros and Julie Ann Soteros are her parents. In 1992 she graduated from Village Christian School, a private Christian K-12 school in California. She enrolled in college soon after and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in secondary education. Paul Walker met Rebecca in California, and they soon began dating in 1998.
