Straight on...

Currently, I'm in a remote area where I can't a of Fidelity bank. Before now, I lost my phone the streets before my voyage.

Automatically, it implies I can't do a banking transaction. Stalling what I'm due for, I have to request online forms from the bank cos I've downloaded the app and it requires an OTP which would be sent to the profiled number I lost.

I requested I do a change of phone number online which I was sent forms to fill. I did likewise tho thru PDF.

The bank called that I fill out a change of phone number form which I did thru same means too. Meanwhile, were communicating through Instagram and email.

Now, the is they sent me the verification process through Instagram... And there's nothing I could do about it.

Pls, those knowing what I should and how to go about it help me out. Screenshots would follow.

The issue is how do I write my name on that space since I don't have the required software?
