Spent 145k on this stuff and the outdoor unit stopped picking up displaying error 36 indoors instead

Has anyone experienced this. Although I have laid a complaint to the point of purchase and they said they will come next week to check.

I just wanna know if this is a repairable error

Had same error.
This means there is a communication gap between the indoor and outdoor unit.
Check to see if any cable is loosely connected.
