They also had Jonathan who was ready to pay them back after such works. In the present case. Fashola has repeated it many times that he will never pay back any money used to do federal roads by the governors. That was specifically for eastern roads. The governor of Abia state has complained bitterly that federal government has refused to allow him do bad sections of federal roads in Abia state!
