Hello Foodielanders, So, I'm considering juicing raw spinach vegetables (ugwu) and drinking up, but there's the little problem of worms. Is there any sure way to get rid of these worms without cooking the vegetables which would kill the nutrients? Any tested answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |
