Federal University Otuoke Exorbitant Of 30,000 For Convocation Fee by chily11: 8:11am On Sep 20, 2021
The Federal University Otuoke, Bayelsa state charges students as high as #30,000 for convocation and alumni package which is way above the tuition fee of some federal universities like Ahmadu Bello University, University of Ibadan, university of Calabar among others.
