• These are people that go out to acquire agents
• They need to go know how to potentially identify agents, they need to know how to speak, and how to train agents.
• The need to understand the local network and how to get the right kind of agents and making sure that the agents brought in are guaranteed to grow in the program.
• These hunters need to have a lot of analytical skill set
• Must be a leader, must have handled different positions in terms of finding the right talent, and experience in training & follow up on people
• They need to be able to convince and educate these agents about the program, sharing the vision of the company with them.
• They need to know how to recruits different kind agents for the different categories of the business

Job Description - Agent mentors/account managers

Location: Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Ogun State.

Job Overview:
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all agent's matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting agent relationships
• Set, Mentor, and achieve sales target with assigned agents
• Ensure the timely and successful onboarding of agents
• Clearly communicate the progress to agents
• Motivate and daily follow up of agents
• Help agent identify multiple sales channels
• Collate data from field agents to agent network management
• Update agents on all news, promos, etc.
