The pine nut shelling production line can remove pine cones, grading, shelling, and separating. The unshelled pine nuts can be automatically returned to the shelling machine for processing again.
The working flow is as follows:
Firstly, the pine cones are removed by a threshing machine.
Secondly, the grading machine divides pine nuts into one to three grades.
Thirdly, graded pine nuts are lifted by a hoist to a shelling machine.
Fourthly, the pine nut shells are separated from pine kernels by a separator machine.
Brazil pine nuts can be dried, humidified, and peeled to obtain finished white nuts.
