There was traffic jam this morning around New Artisans bus stop/fly
Over along Enugu Porthacort Express Way while i was heading to office.
Thought Enugu state government signed anti-open grazing bill into law last week, How comes this is still happening even without any security men to put them on check. Always knew this our Eastern governors are toothless bulldogs

Will the law actually be obeyed by these people? Is the government even ready to enforce it?

I'm very sure they are not to enforce it, no wonder El Rufai called it unrealistic.
And thinking we can believe the words of some of this governor is sickening

El Rufai said it that southern governors are making laws they can not enforce. He knows they have no control over the police or armed forces so they can give them orders.
