We say no to training before disbursement of the long over due exit package
Disengage npower batch A and B are totally against Sadiya's idea of training exited volunteers before they are given exit package. Both batches were disengaged last year June and July respectively. And since then, series of unfulfilled promises have been made by Sadiya Umar.
To me, the so called training is another tactics to delay the exit package and calm us down not to embark on another peaceful protest. We don't need any training before we are given exit package.
If uneducated people will be given 500,000 as covid 19 loan to start businesses of their choice, I see no reason why we should undergo training before we are given the exit package. The training and experience we had in school is enough for us.
Batch A serve for over four years while batch B serve for two years. What training do we need again? What we need at the moment is the disbursement of our our exit package. The exit package is like an appreciation for a job well done. Must you train someone before appreciating his or her work? Are civil servants trained after retirement before they are given their gratuity?
I urge my fellow volunteers to strongly say no to Sadiya's delay tactics. It's nothing but a deliberate attempt to delay us. If it is true, we would have been trained before now. All we need now is disbursement.
