Yes, you won't see age limit but you will see something like "candidate must have completed NYSC not earlier than 2018"

It is considered unethical to do that as it constitute applicants discrimination. However, it is still very much in vogue, they dont state it but still go ahead to select applicants based on preferred age ranges.
